BlackBerry SureType You Ask?

Posted by BISHOP in Untagged

We here at Tronix News could try our best to explain the BlackBerry SureType® Keyboard, but we felt that taking the actually definition from the people who brought it to us wold be the best thing to do.

"SureType® keyboard technology combines a traditional phone keypad and a familiar QWERTY-based keyboard to create an efficient and familiar typing experience."

"SureType allows you to quickly and accurately dial or type without the limitations of traditional phone keypads. Since the software understands what you're typing, you can concentrate on composing your message rather than on the input method. You can also easily switch to the multi-tap input method when desired."

Default Word List

To help facilitate easy spelling and typing, SureType includes a word list of over 35,000 words and the ability to increase that list based on the frequency of use, and the names and addresses in the smartphone's address book. It will even check your spelling as you type!

Your Custom Word List

To add to the initial word list, you may load industry-specific word lists, such as finance/business, medical and legal. New words are also extracted from your incoming email messages and automatically added to your custom word list.

Posted by BISHOP in TECHNOLOGYPOCKET PCHANDSETSGPS

The new Nokia N96 is expected to beat it's little brother, the Nokia N95 was hugely success and the Nokia N96 is expected to follow in the same footsteps. As expected the leaked N96 has become reality. The Nokia N96 builds on the success of the Nokia n05 and further enhances the mobile experience. It comes with a large 2.8 inch screen, 16GB on-board storage and Micro-SDHC Card Slot. A new addition will be an integrated DVB-H receiver that will allow live broadcast TV (in selected markets) that will also include an automatically updating program guide. A nice little touch is the addition of a kick-stand for propping up the handset for hands-free viewing.

IOGEAR GearJuice AA Cell Phone Rescue Charger

Posted by BISHOP in WIRELESSPOCKET PCMOBILE PHONESGADGETS

Say it with me people, "The best thing since sliced bread". This is very handy, unlike the previous portable emergency devices that did the same exact thing but were not rechargeable and/or reusable in most cases is making going green even cooler. The portability alone is enough to rave home about, the Rescue Charger provides an instant boost of power making it the ultimate mobile power companion right on your key chain.
" Because the Rescue Charger uses a Mini-USB connection, it is compatible with most popular PDAs, cell phones, and other mobile devices on the market. Its compact design makes it easy to slip into your pocket, laptop bag, or backpack where it is readily accessible for use in situations where mobile power is necessary."
